HR101 – Hiring, Onboarding, and Paying Employees
Los Angeles, CA (March 27, 2018)—SCORE (www.score.org), mentors to America’s small businesses, in partnership with Paychex, is hosting a seminar on the employee life cycle to aid small business owners. SCORE is committed to helping entrepreneurs start, build, and grow their small businesses and the SCORE/Paychex HR101 – Hiring, Onboarding, and Paying Employees seminar helps entrepreneurs add productive and engaged employees to their team.
This Los Angeles SCORE/Paychex seminar will cover: clarifying employee expectations, information on the Fair Labor Standards Act and classifying exempt or non-exempt employees, determining appropriate compensation, and legal matters relevant for employers. SCORE LA also offers free and confidential mentoring sessions in addition to the seminar.
