I have recently retired after 15 years of owning a successful bakery with two locations. I gave my bakery to an employee who I am now mentoring. In addition, I have mentored several past employees who started their own bakery and/or restaurant. I am familiar with the startup process (permits, budgeting process, etc.) and am knowledgeable on how to manage a multi-location business. Prior to the bakery, I was a Chief Financial Officer for a large global law firm and managed an IT staff of 200+ and am knowledgeable with technology concepts.
