This engaging and dynamic session will tackle topics around us, centered around inclusion, bias, equity and diversity and issues impacting our world today. We provide a safe space to begin exploring behaviors, language and subconscious thoughts to develop successful methods of interacting and engaging with diverse populations in new ways.

This journey is designed to ensure that there is a seat at the table for all who deserve an opportunity, and to create a sense of belonging for all. Modern day examples and case studies will be presented, many from my own experience as a woman of color, mother, wife, an executive, and the daughter of a career law enforcement officer.

Instructor: Tracy Jackson

Tracy Jackson, Founder and CEO of HR E-Z, Inc. is a highly engaging human resources leader, executive, and speaker. With over 20 years of business experience, and more than 15 years as an executive, she has extensive experience building and overseeing top-performing HR departments and teams working in the public, private and employee-owned companies across a variety of industries. She is recognized for her ability to effectively implement innovative strategies, practices and programs to align with business goals to increase employee engagement and performance. Tracy is accessible, collaborative thought leader who is passionate about promoting common-sense people practices that foster dynamic, diverse and highly motivated workforces.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Tracy went on to achieve the designations of Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional from Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), which remain current. In addition, she is certified to deliver the Myers Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) and is an adjunct instructor at CSU, Sacramento for the College of Continuing Ed.

Tracy has spoken at numerous conferences, podcasts, and conducted multiple workshops especially in the area of Diversity and Inclusion, including the Emerge Summit (2020), and The DTC Wine Symposium (international) January 2021, Credit Union National Association HR & Org Dev Conference (2019/2021), Seneca Families (2021) and many others.
