Dr. Stephanie Ardrey is the CEO/President of Blu Diamond Group, Inc., including Blu Diamond Advisory, Blu Diamond Capital, and Blu Diamond Properties,  as an entrepreneur, she has maintained an impeccable market vision and has conceptualized and launched multiple business ventures.  Her entrepreneurial and corporate experience has covered multiple industries including real estate finance, construction and development, consumer goods, entertainment – music, film, television, high-tech, financial services, insurance, municipalities, and more. 

Dr. Ardrey has trained thousands of entrepreneurs nationally through professional training platforms and as an adjunct professor teaching in the Master and Bachelor of Science and Arts programs at California State University, Los Angeles, University of California, Los Angeles, Los Angeles Southwest College, and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

Dr. Ardrey directed a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of commercial real estate development projects – luxury, mixed-use, and retail commercial projects.  Prior to entering the high stakes high pressure world of commercial real estate development, Ardrey served as the founder and CEO of The ArdreyGroup Inc., a full-service advertising and marketing communications agency with eight offices across seven western states, a capitalized financial base of over $250 million dollars due to a joint venture.

The ArdreyGroup Inc. provided multicultural solutions for clients including the California Department of Health Services, PetsMart, Chart House Restaurants, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Phoenix Lottery, Texas Utilities, Bank of America, Epson America, House of Seagram’s, and others.  The ArdreyGroup Inc. was the outgrowth of Ardrey Associates International, a marketing communications firm with clients such as Macy’s of California, the Claremont Resort Hotel, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Parc Oakland Hotel, KDIA, and KSOL radio stations, Dole Foods, Golden State Warriors, Kal Kan/M&M Mars Foods, City of Oakland, California State Department of Health Services, the Urban League, and others.

Dr. Ardrey is studying for a Juris Doctor (law) degree, holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree, with a concentration in International Business, and a Master of Arts degree from Antioch University – McGregor School of Business focusing on organizational management and leadership; Certificate, University of Southern California, Real Estate Finance and Development; Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch University; Upper division course work in International Finance and Management, Golden Gate University. Ardrey is also Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and a Project Management Professional. Dr. Ardrey’s dissertation “Venture Capital for Independent Filmmakers” is being converted into a workshop training series.
